Utility environment is one of the most critical considerations. Please describe in great detail the utility environment in your zone, including capacity (total and used), quality & reliability, and cost information.

Total capacity in the zone, # of substations/switches at what size, used capacity, remaining capacity, etc.
There are one 500 KV, eight 220 KV and twenty-two 110 KV power substations in our zone. The remaining capacity is abundant enough for the requirement of the project. Do you have power plants at your zone? How many? What kind of power plants (coal, hydraulic, etc.)
Changzhou Guo Dian Power Plant in CND is a large-scale coal thermal power plant with a capacity of 4.4 MKW. In addition, there are two peak-shaving power plants and three cogeneration power plants in CND. One-time connection fee:

The users of dual or multiple power supplies shall bear all the power supply fees but with the exemption of the largest power supply.

How reliable is the power? Are there significant spikes?
The power supply in CND is very stable and we promise that there will be no shut down because of shortage of power supply.

Has the zone adopted the sewage discharge standards established by the State Environment Protection Bureau? If so, please explain the technical specification for the discharge.
Yes. The wastewater shall meet the GB8978-96 Level III criteria before being discharged into the network of the wastewater treatment plant. Regarding specific pollutants from certain specific trade, the relevant State Criteria shall be applied with respect to their maximum permitted density of discharge. One-time connection fee, if any?
