Infrastructure
Land:
The land with land use right would be leveled off based on natural height level and the roads, the pipes of running water, rainwater, wastewater, steam and the lines of power, telecommunication would be connected to the border of the land before it is transferred to investors.
Power Supply:
The frequency of 50Hz, 10KV, 35KV, 110KV or 220KV can be provided. There are eight 220KV and twenty-two 110 KV power substations in CND.
Water Supply:
The daily water supply in Changzhou reaches 1.55 million tons. CND has rich water resources: the running water is from Yangtze River and the daily water supply in this district is 360,000 tons.
Rain Drainage:
Drainpipes and pumping stations have been built to drain rainwater into rivers.
Sewage Treatment:
There are two sewage plants in CND with the daily wastewater treatment capacity of 150,000 tons and 100,000 tons respectively.
Natural Gas:
Low, medium, and high-pressure pipelines are used in the gas distribution network in CND.
Steam Supply:
The capacity of steam supply is over 150 tons/hour.

The Infrastructure Cost
1. Electricity
CND provides inlets of 35kv and lower voltage electricity for industrial uses. According to the national power supply regulations, electricity users with a load of more than 315KVA shall be provided electricity at the voltage of 10kv or 35kv. Rates of charges are as the follows:
