This year has a special significance for Changzhou National Hi-Tech District (CND) in its realization of the Three-Year Plan objectives. On Aug 29th, after his inspection tour of CND, including Jiangsu International Plastics & Chemical Products Market, Changzhou Huanghai Bus manufacturer, FoamPartner Co., Ealong Biotech Co., Xingyu Automotive Lamps Co., Trina Solar Co., Changzhou Export Processing Zone (CEPZ), Sain-Gobain facilities and etc., Secretary Fan Yanqing pointed out that CND is a pioneering force in the realization of the Changzhou Three-Year Plan. Together with the district Wujin, the two districts should overcome difficulties, bring forth breakthroughs in resources integration, intensify the efforts on FDI attraction and systems optimization, and strive to entry into 1st block in Jiangsu province in terms of the FDI realization, injection and production output per acreage. He called for a leap-forward development through three years’ efforts and the two districts making a greater contribution to the economic and social development in city of Changzhou.
Other local leaders including Dai Yuan, Han Jiuyun, Chang Qing, Yang Pinging, Fan Shoubai, Dai Xiaowen and Jiang Xueqin accompanied his inspection tour.
Secretary Fan Yanqing pointed out that CND was gaining magnitude of its potentiality for the realization of Three-Year Plan, because sizable investment to infrastructure was implemented by CND and the coverage was expanded in areas. He emphasized that CND should try its best to accomplish the target, and make efforts on investment integration, innovation and plan optimization. To promote the FDI, CND should broaden information sources, improve the staffing teams, emphasize major projects, promote the execution of the projects, and realize a leap-forward development in the following years. As for the integration, he required CND to integrate the resources, industry bases, management, capital operation, investment incentives, and industry extension. To promote the innovation, CND should further open up mind and incubate innovative companies with better services. CND shall also make better planning according to the economic development trends and the three-year development plan, promote the industry clusters and develop more pragmatic schemes focusing on the high-speed railway station and its surrounding areas. CND shall try its best to enter the list of top three in terms of the FDI realization, injection and production output per acreage in Jiangsu province. |
